We supply and install the Liniar uPVC window and door system — the most technically advanced window system in the UK. Liniar windows use multi-chambered technology for superior thermal efficiency and come with a 10-year guarantee.

If your double glazing is 15 years or older, it's likely significantly less efficient than modern systems. Signs include draughts, condensation between panes, difficulty opening or closing, and higher energy bills. The windows fitted by EC2 will be dramatically better in both look and performance.

We offer composite front doors (with Ultion high-security locks), PVC-U doors, French doors, patio doors, and bi-fold doors. All manufactured using the Liniar profile system.

Liniar windows achieve A+ energy performance ratings. The multi-chambered profile acts as a barrier to heat transfer, warm spacer bars prevent cold bridging, and the removal of unnecessary steel reinforcement improves thermal efficiency further.

We use Freefoam heavy-duty solid boards — the best PVC boards on the market. They have a colour stabiliser so they won't warp, expand, or discolour over time. We never use hollow boards or thin capping boards.

Yes. When we replace roofline systems, we strip the timber completely back to the rafters and fit a solid 18mm magnum board. We don't cover over existing problems — we fix them properly.

With the quality materials we use, you can expect decades of performance. We've replaced rooflines 30 years ago that are still looking and performing well today. Modern products have improved even further.

We exclusively use the Sika Sarnafil single-ply membrane — renowned as the best on the market. All of our employees are fully trained in Sika Sarnafil installation.
